have reviewed the course outline, you must return to this
enrollment form and proceed with your registration process. Please
supply the below information and submit the enrollment form.

The Hotel Management Program includes 12 modules
and Front Office exercises. At time of enrollment, a payment of $225.00 is required which
includes your first module, and a non-refundable registration fee
of $75.00. After that, $150.00 is due prior to each individual
module. At the end $125.00 is due for your Front Office module. Total
course amount $2,000.00 (10% discount if amount is paid in
full).
Along with each
Credit Card, we need faxed
to Trav-L-World the following:
- A photocopy of your Credit Card
- A photocopy of the Credit Card Holder's Driver's License
- A Signed Authorization by the Card Holder for the enrollment fee
