Security Program Director: Annet Forrest
ANNET FORREST
Is owner of TRAV-L-WORLD AGENCY, founded in 1986. In 1989, she founded TRAV-L-WORLD COLLEGE. It is located at 2990 S. Sepulveda Blvd, Suite 205 Los Angeles CA 90064. With 20 years in the travel and hotel industry, she has considerable knowledge and experience in selling individual and group travel. These attributes combined with the services offered by her agency, is immense value to the college. In recent years new programs have be added, such as Office 2000 computer with voice activation. Security is a new, much needed, program for the future. She has been studying the Security Industry for the past 5 years, especially as it relates to the travel and hotel industry, and the job demand is very strong. Over the years, she earned a degree in accounting and later, changed her direction to focus on a new career in travel. She attended West Los Angeles College and received her degree in Travel and Tourism. Ms Forrest is
continually learning to improve her knowledge for the college.

Security Program Instructor
PAUL PAINTER
Has been in the travel industry for 20 years. In that time, he has been both a leisure and corporate travel agent. He is accomplished in American Airlines SABRE, as well as the IBM personal Computer, with attention to the Microsoft Office 2000 software program and the Dragon Naturally Speaking voice activation program. Mr. Painter holds the ASTA award for Travel Industry proficiency and an Associate Arts degree in Business from West Los Angeles
College. For the last fifteen years, he has taught travel, airline computer classes and PC computer classes in Los Angeles.

Security Program Instructor
DAVID B. JOHNSON
Graduated for the Los Angeles Institute of Polygraph in 1982.
He has conducted numerous polygraph examinations over a twenty-year period of private practice in Southern California. Mr. Johnson served on the board of directors of the National Polygraph Association and is a member of ASTM and the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives. He is a licensed Firearm instructor and Private Patrol Operator with over 20 years of diverse experience, including directing and coordinating operations with Federal, State and local law enforcement agencies. His company, David B. Johnson and Associates, provides executive protection. He served on the State of California Bureau of Investigative Service Firearms Panel as a subject matter expert. Mr. Johnson is a certified Polygraphist, serves on the Board of directors for COPP (California Organization of Private Police) and is a former Los Angeles District Governor of CALI (California Association of Licensed Investigations). He is an active member of the L.A. County Criminal Defense Investigators Association.
