Please make sure you have followed the steps
below for test submission so you will not have a problem. If you have AOL as
your internet service provider, they Sometimes have problems so please contact
them if the below instructions have not helped you. If you have a
different internet service provider, (ex: Earthlink)
and after the directions you still have a
problem, you can contact them as they often can help you through the error.
1. Follow all the prompts before you
take the test.
2. After you have answered all the
questions, please press submit button at the end of the exam.
3. You will then be prompted with a window
that says we have graded your test. The next prompt will tell you can now submit to
Trav-L-World. Please review you results and at the end, please press 'submit query'.
4. The next screen should tell you
you have submitted successfully and gives you your results one more time to look at.
When you are finished reviewing the second time, at the end, it tells you to close
that window.
5. That's It!
If you have a
problem pulling up the tests or if you get your grade report and you can't submit please
refer to the following:
Don't' receive grade report:
Please copy your answers in an email and send to: travwrld@ix.netcom.com
listing your name and what module you are submitting for. Please specify if it is
part 1 or part 2 if it applies. We will then grade and return back to you.Receive a grade report but
can't submit to Trav-L-World: Copy and paste the grade report in an email
(highlight by holding down your mouse button and dragging over entire report and release
after you have covered all the text - text should be darkened then hold down the control
button and hit the c button then in the body of the email hold down the control button and
hit the v button, your report should appear in the body of the email) and send to travwrld@ix.netcom.com .
